Region CrossFit On Ramp

Here is where you learn the 9 basic movements in Crossfit. This small group training session, will give you specialized instruction so that you can safely and efficiently move weights and understand CrossFit workouts. We will meet 3 times a week and build on your fitness level as the week’s progress. After finishing the On Ramp you will then be allowed to attend the general training hours of your choice.
